aiLink – Data & Privacy
You can request permanent deletion of your aiLink account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
What will be deleted
- Your profile (phone number, email address, display name, avatar)
- All posts, comments, and likes you have created
- Your order history and activity data
- Analytics data linked to your account
What may be retained
- Anonymised, aggregated statistics (not linked to your identity)
- Transaction records required by law for up to 5 years
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting.
Request Account Deletion
Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number registered to your aiLink account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
